Premier Inn Dartford

We made a mess of our booking, but Andy at reception sorted it out quickly and without fuss. He's a really nice guy and made the whole situation stress-free. The restaurant staff also seemed organised, clean and very friendly. The room was comfortable and the stay was great. Thanks again to Andy for the excellent service. We'll definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've stayed here for more than three weeks in a row before, and every visit has been consistently excellent. It's truly one of the best Premier Inn hotels in the country. The reception team are exceptionally helpful, and Andy and his colleagues were especially ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, amazing and well maintained. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely keep coming back. My only criticism is the restaurant. Breakfast is decent and much like at other Premier Inns I've visited, but dinner was disappointing. I'd recommend staying here, though I'd have lunch and dinner somewhere else.

We needed to add an extra day, but the room from our original booking wasn't available. We were ready to stay one night in one room, then check out and move into another later in the day. Reception noticed the extra day and arranged for us to keep the same room throughout. Everyone was so helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. Excellent service, thank you. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, with everything you need and a Beefeater restaurant attached. The staff are what made our stay brilliant.

The room we were moved to, 348, took a good ten minutes with the hot tap running before the water warmed up. Very disappointing. In the first room assigned to us on the first floor, the card reader was in pieces on the floor, so we couldn't switch on the lights or anything else electrical. We asked to move. The TV in the next room wouldn't power up and its remote didn't work. The manager replaced the remote and got the TV going. She also brought me another towel, as there were two of us.
