Ken's breakfasts were delicious, and he was always ready with advice on things to see and do. He made us feel so welcome. Our room had lovely decor and plenty of space, and the house and its view were beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks, Ken, we'd happily recommend Douglas Park Guest House.

Breakfast was cooked just right and had lots to choose from. Our spotless, comfortable room had everything we needed, and Ken made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. He was a warm, knowledgeable host. We had a fantastic time at Douglas Park Guest House in Dunoon and would gladly return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The common spaces felt cozy and relaxing, and Ken's hospitality was much appreciated. My twin room had a charming, updated feel and looked out onto a cozy garden. There are larger, elegant rooms with coastal views too, and those views are hard to beat. Breakfast each day included fruit, yogurt, and a full Scottish, all amazing. The bathroom was modern and well equipped, with loads of hot water and a shower wand, which I love. Dunoon itself topped my expectations, and it's easy to walk along the sea wall or explore town on foot from here.

That marmalade on the breakfast table is probably the best on the planet, so give it a try. The place itself is very comfortable, with superb views over the Clyde and the entrance to the Holy Loch. Service and facilities are first rate, easily among the upper 15%. I hardly ever give companies 5 stars. I rate on a curve: 70% get 3, 10% get 2 or 4, and 5% get 1 or 5. This one earned it.

A friendly, comfortable B&B right on the waterfront, with great views across the water. Breakfast had plenty of choice. If you're after a good place in Dunoon and it fits your budget, you needn't look any further.
