There’s no AC, and the hotel feels outdated. They gave me a fan, but it didn’t help and I couldn’t sleep. Worse, I got bed bug bites all over my body and was itchy for a week after staying one night. That suggests the hotel is unhygienic. I contacted them and didn’t get a response. If you want a good night’s sleep, don’t stay here. Avoid at all costs.

The staff at both the hotel and pub are lovely, and I’m glad to be back after staying here before. I’ll be returning several times this year and fully expect the standards to be just as impressive. Hospitality isn’t an easy career, but the staff are fantastic. See you all again soon.

The beds are comfortable, as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. The adjoining pub isn’t great and the food is pretty poor. There isn’t much to do nearby, so having a car is very useful if you’re staying longer than one night.

The staff made a difficult stay near the hospital much easier. Everyone was kind, professional and willing to help, and Shenney and the rest of the Team were especially caring. Reception handled every question we had. We stayed five days, and our clean room had everything we needed.

We keep coming back, and the pub next door is handy for a meal and a drink before settling in for the night. The rooms are clean and tidy, even though a few spots could use fresh paint. Louise welcomed us like friends and was friendly, polite and helpful. We'll definitely stay again.
