Breakfast was included in the room price, which was excellent, and the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is well placed for good restaurants, bars and museums. There were a couple of niggles: the toilet cistern kept running, and we had to ask for the room to be serviced on our second night. Before the visit, we also received a scam WhatsApp message fishing for our bank details.

The room came with a lovely bath, bath crystals and bubble bath, and the record player was a fun touch. It was well stocked with everything you might need, and breakfast was included and fantastic. There was a little noise from other guests, and I thought the water pressure could have been stronger and the bath water hotter. Still, a great stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good too. With Glasgow's Art Galleries and lots of excellent restaurants an easy walk away, it's a great location. I'll definitely stay again.

John was incredibly helpful with a logistical issue around our trip to the highlands, and we really appreciated how focused he was on helping us. The hotel is a lovely boutique gem in the West End, close to gardens and excellent restaurants. We especially liked Mother India. The rooms were fresh and clean, and we enjoyed breakfast. Thank you!

I slept like a baby. The room was super pretty, and the turntables were something I'd never seen in a hotel before. It's beautifully located too.
