Premier Inn Glasgow - Cambuslang/M74 J2A

I’ve stayed here several times and had rooms in different parts of the hotel. Some are okay, while others could do with a bit of TLC. The staff are the best part: Lisa, jasmine, and madison made the stay more enjoyable. Now the restaurant is open, the meals are good and the portions reasonable. On Premier has finished the expansion, so I hope the main hotel gets some attention too.

The location is handy, with KFC and a 24-hour McDonald’s right outside for midnight cravings 😜. The staff were so kind and helpful. I only realised I’d left something in the room once I was on the plane home, but when I called, they helped straight away and packed it carefully to keep it from getting damaged.

I was here for work with a colleague. The rooms were decent, and the reception staff were friendly. The pub next door had good food. Eva and madison deserve a mention too, they’re both a credit to the hotel.

The room was fab, with a superbly comfortable bed, an amazing shower, and a comfortable feel all round. We didn’t hear any work noise before checking out in the morning, and I’d definitely stay again. The train station is an easy walk away, with trains straight into central Glasgow or The Hydro. At check-in, the staff member was very friendly and explained the current work, including that the restaurant was closed. She apologised, though a warning had already been given when we booked. They also provided a complimentary takeaway continental breakfast for the morning.
