Check-in was smooth, with really friendly and efficient service, and breakfast the next morning was very good too. It's a shame the dinner let the stay down. We ordered two pizzas and loaded fries in the bar, a veggie pizza and one with buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham, which had an extra charge. The veggie pizza and fries were okay, though not hot enough. The other pizza arrived cold, with a ball of buffalo mozzarella straight from the fridge, so it had no chance to melt. Even the plates were cold. We barely ate that pizza, just half a slice. We waited over an hour for someone to clear the plates, then moved to another table. There were only two people working in the bar, but it wasn't busy, and nobody checked whether the meal was all right. I filled in the feedback form they sent about our stay and haven't heard back. Otherwise, the stay was actually quite good. We were there overnight on 10/02 for bed and breakfast and pizza dinner.

The room had a fun, edgy look, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt a little basic, but everything worked fine, and having a table and chairs gave us extra space to relax. The rain shower was lovely. We heard some noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, but that can happen in a busy hotel. From our eighth-floor room we had a great river view. We were at RED Glasgow for the Raye gig a few weeks ago. The car park was easy to use and had spaces available, at £12 O/N. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's a perfect spot for the gig at hydro, just a short hobble across the road in heels. We didn't eat in the restaurant or have a drink in the bar, but both looked great and had a good buzz. Thanks, RED Glasgow, we'll be back!

The room looked out across the river, and the shower was excellent, a lovely way to begin the day. There was hardly any noise from inside the hotel or outside, so the soundproofing seemed good. Breakfast the next morning was superb, laid out as a buffet. We ate elsewhere in the evening because we were meeting friends. We stayed one night while visiting friends. The location works especially well for the SECC, and the hotel's car park is very reasonable for the city centre. Check-in was the one snag: the queue kept us waiting around 20 minutes.

Yasir made the stay especially enjoyable. He kept checking that guests were comfortable and happy, and his kindness and genuine hospitality stood out. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, and the facilities were top-notch. Inside, the hotel felt elegant but cozy, clean and well cared for. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and the atmosphere was refreshing. An unforgettable stay at this Dubai hotel. Thank you, Yasir!

A special thanks to Andy, the night manager at Radisson RED Glasgow. He was warm, professional and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. His customer service really stood out and made an already great stay even better. He's a real credit to the hotel.
