V City Aparthotels

The apartment was much bigger than I expected, modern, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. It was spotless and well maintained, and really did feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the start, and happy to help with directions or recommendations. The Glasgow location is right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but it was still quiet enough for a relaxing night's sleep. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return on my next Glasgow visit. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I left without staying and emailed to ask for a refund. I had booked a V Royal One Bedroom for two nights with early check in, but they couldn't let me in early because the room was still being cleaned. Once it was ready, they gave me a V Elegance One Bedroom Plus instead. Their website showed a 20% cost difference between the rooms. I had reserved one king bed and a normal living and dining area. The room they gave me had a second bed in the middle of the living room. It looked almost exactly like the V Elegance One Bedroom Plus photos, except the couch was on the opposite side of the wall, mirrored from the website pictures. It looked nothing like the V Royal One Bedroom. First they said it was the right room. Then they called it an upgrade because of the extra bed, and later said the promotional material on the website was wrong. I have all of that conversation recorded. They wouldn't refund me or provide the room I'd booked. I'll be filing a complaint with Advertising Standards Authority.

The staff were lovely and really helpful, and VCity Apartments is right in the city centre. We had a fantastic couple of days in an amazing apartment, very spacious and spotless. The car park had quite a bit of rubbish around and could do with a clean. That was the only downside.

We loved staying at VCity ApartHotels, right by Glasgow Central Station and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and transport. The apartment was roomy, modern, and well equipped, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. It felt more like a home away from home than a standard hotel room, and was ideal for a short stay in the city.
