We loved the character of this beautiful old house, especially its gorgeous gardens. We were there for two nights for a nearby wedding, and the friendly welcome made it feel personal from the start. Everyone was sweet and attentive. The room had plenty of space and charm, a roll-top bath and quality toiletries. We had everything else we needed too, with an iron and ironing board available on request. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was a nice surprise to find the room refreshed and the bed made after our first night. Breakfast was a great start to each day. You choose from a menu with full English and vegetarian English options, or eggs cooked your way, plus toast, fresh orange juice and very good coffee. There’s also a traditional pub just a minute’s walk away, with good food and a friendly local feel. It was a fantastic stay and excellent value. I can see why the place would make a lovely wedding setting, and we’ll definitely come back.

Lesley made our wedding day feel completely easy. She coordinated everything so smoothly, kept the bride and groom’s drinks topped up, and took away our worries so we could enjoy every moment. We got married at Allington Manor in October 2025, and the venue was stunning. From our first enquiry, the whole team was friendly and helpful, and no question felt too small. Leo was especially responsive and supportive while we planned, which made the process much less stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team, and highly recommend Allington Manor.

Allington Manor was a fabulous place for Joshua&Lucy’s wedding on 15. 11.25, full of warmth, charm and character. Lesley kept the day running like clockwork, and a huge thank you to Leo and his team for helping plan and deliver it. We slept well, and the Full English breakfast on Sunday was delicious. The bedrooms were sumptuous and suited the manor perfectly, and breakfast was superb. We felt honoured to stay there. We held our recent wedding at Allington Manor, and from our first meeting with Leo through to leaving the day after, the whole experience was worth far more than five stars. The manor and gardens felt intimate while still glamorously informal, and the setting was just right for the special occasion we had in mind. Leo, Lesley and all the staff were professional and happy to help with anything. They made the day even more special than we could have wished for. We’d 100% recommend Allington Manor for a wedding or other celebration.

Our guests had lovely things to say about the beautiful manor and gardens. We got married at Allington Manor in September, and Leo and his team were brilliant.
