Breakfast was spot on both mornings, and we could get good tea and coffee at reception any time, free of charge. We were there for two nights for a wedding, and the welcome from Shell and the team was so friendly. Our modern room was very clean, and it stayed peaceful at night despite being close to the M2. Nothing to fault, we'd happily stay again.

They made our wedding night feel special. After my husband left for the wedding, the staff decorated the room with banners and left a handwritten card and two bottles of prosecco. He'd stayed the night before, then we both came back after the wedding. The room was amazing, breakfast was lovely, and the service from the staff was faultless.

Shell was a real star and went well beyond what she had to do. The rest of the team were just as kind, smiley and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was cooked fresh and tasted great. I can't fault the hotel or staff, and I reckon it deserves better than a 4.3. Thank you so much 😀😁

Shell made a big impression when she checked us in with such a warm welcome. She also arranged taxis for lots of guests heading to a wedding reception six miles away, and looked after everyone brilliantly. We stayed one night for a family wedding. The room was clean, the large car park was handy, and it was fairly quiet overnight. Breakfast had a nice choice of hot and cold food, with some parts especially good. I'd recommend it if you need somewhere affordable, clean and reasonably quiet and comfortable just off the A2.

I've kept coming back here for work over the past 28 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless, and the beds and bedding comfortable. The food's been good every time, and I can pre-order it while I use the small gym. It's easy to reach from the A2, with plenty of parking and very little road noise. This is my usual choice when working nearby, much better than a cookie-cutter chain.
