From our room we could see lakes and mountains, and the food was great. The rooms were spotless, with loads of space, and the baths were big with endless hot water. The location is excellent too. Thomas served us and was friendly and professional. After the first day, he remembered our names and the drinks we liked, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were friendly, and the cooks were great too. It felt warm and welcoming, and we’ll definitely come back.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were all lovely, and the hotel’s in a great location. The Wi-Fi was rubbish, but they upgraded us for free for both days. The bathroom extractor was useless. Neither issue affected our stay, and I’d book again.

We stayed at Greenock Premier Inn on 10/11 January, a very convenient spot for Greenock Morton’s ground. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially those in the bar and restaurant. Our rooms were spacious and spotless, and the excellent breakfast made the stay exceptional. We’ll definitely use the Premier Inn again.

The service was exemplary, and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was tidy, and the food was what you’d expect. I did get woken several times by a mild squeak. I think it might have been cold metal pipes contracting against the heat from the central heating, but I’m not sure there’s a fix for it. Still, it was a lovely stay and I’d go back.

The breakfast room has great views over the Clyde, or you can pay extra for a room with a view. It’s a bit tired and could do with a tidy-up. The place is spread out, so if your room is at the far end, be ready for a walk to build up an appetite before breakfast. Room 128 was quite a trek.
