Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 And 3

We've stayed here once before, and this time our Family Room was spacious and really comfortable. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the staff were excellent and so kind. They even offered to help us make an external phone call, which we really appreciated. My child and I both enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It's a great spot to rest after a long flight when you're tired and need to recharge before carrying on with your journey.

We had drinks at the Runway bar and really liked them, especially with those great views. For dinner, the Caesar Salad with Salmon was excellent, though the steak and ale pie was average, with a stodgy bottom. The chicken wings from the level 1 bar were crispy and excellent too. Our King Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with USB A plug sockets and free WiFi. A great place to stay before an early flight. To get to terminal 3, go through the carpark, turn left to the C lifts and take them down to -1. Walk to the end past the underground and train entrances, then take the escalators or lifts up to departures.

We've been coming here for many years, and Darryl's commitment to service never disappoints. He's so happy to see you, nothing seems too much trouble, and he really makes us all smile. He's the king of the waffle machine, and so much more. Be sure to book breakfast and enjoy how kind and attentive he is. It's a lovely hotel with great service all round, and the runway view rooms have stunning views. This is such a nice way to start a holiday. We'll happily come back, and hope Darryl will be here too.

The rooms were spotless, modern, comfortable, and quiet inside despite being right at the airport. It's directly connected to Terminal 2, which is really convenient for an early flight. Just make sure you choose the Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2 & 3, since there are two Hilton Garden Inns around Heathrow. I found the staff friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The food was fantastic, with lots of variety, lovely presentation, and genuinely good taste. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, and the rooftop bar had a nice atmosphere with stunning runway views. For an airport hotel, this was honestly one of my best hotel experiences. Everything from the rooms and food to the service exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
