Marie made us feel so welcome, she’s incredibly friendly. The rooms are bright, clean and lovely, with a bathroom in each one. There’s also a big, fully equipped kitchen and a really cosy lounge. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in!

After a particularly wet day on my LeJog walk, I found this a cosy and comfortable place to stay. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen is clean and well appointed. Marie really looks after her guests. She helped dry my tent and clothes overnight, then went above and beyond by driving out to bring me the tent pegs I’d left in the bike shed.

Calling this place a hostel doesn’t do it justice. The kitchen has all the gear you need and room for three groups to use it at once. The clean common area is welcoming, and the comfortable rooms have private bathrooms and towels provided. The owner is incredibly sweet and welcoming, making sure your stay meets and exceeds expectations. I’d recommend staying here!

The setting is lovely, with lots of local history to explore. Inside, the hostel is immaculately clean, with comfy beds, space for bags and a great little ensuite. The kitchen, dining and sitting area has all the equipment you could need for preparing food. Amazing place.

Marie was so friendly and made me feel really welcome. The rooms were amazing, all with an ensuite, and the hostel is in a great spot and easy to find. Lovely place, and I’ll definitely visit again.
