Modern, clean, and spacious enough. The room, location, and how easy everything was all suited us perfectly for one night. It might feel a bit cramped if you stayed more than two nights.

We came down for a wedding and loved how close it was to everything on the high street, with some really nice restaurants nearby. The room was cosy, tidy, and super clean. Service was impeccable, and they’ll do their best to meet any accommodation needs. Had a lovely stay and would definitely use them again if I’m ever in henley on thames.

The room was very small and only adequate, with the toilet and shower no more than a metre from the bed. The TV also started flashing randomly in the early hours, making it even harder to sleep. The hotel is very central, but it’s above a restaurant and bar, and there was extremely loud music until midnight. We weren’t told about that when booking. We raised the issue, but nothing could be done and no apology was offered. I’ve rated service at 1 because our complaint wasn’t addressed and there was no service nearby at the hotel, everything was automatic.

Not great. The room was tiny, with the air con blasting and a sign saying it couldn’t be turned off. There were odd lights that couldn’t be switched or adjusted either. Also seemed to be a motion detector or camera in the room, which really didn’t feel right.

Right in the middle of the high street, and the room was spacious with everything I needed for a night away. Great room.
