The restaurant was airy and pleasant, but I’m not sure I’d go back. My husband really enjoyed the pescatarian dishes. The vegan and vegetarian options were just about edible, though they seemed to need more effort and were short on flavour and interest. I was glad I asked the assistant what the soup was, because all I could taste was salt.

The food was tasty, nicely presented, and there was plenty of choice. The staff were approachable and friendly, and the restaurant felt elegant and graceful. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Prices seemed reasonable for the food quality and location. Would highly recommend.

We had a tasty meal and breakfast, both with good-sized portions, and the price for the room and meal was reasonable. The room was large, clean, and well appointed, with an en-suite bath. It’s a lovely, very quiet hotel in a beautiful area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend it and come back.

The food was delightful, and the staff got the balance right, attentive without hovering. I asked for my meal medium, but it came well done. It was still delicious and didn’t spoil the evening. My wife and I had a lovely time and will definitely return next time we’re nearby.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was so well cooked and presented. It was exceptional, on a par with The Ivy. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
