The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt really welcome thanks to Fiona and James, who communicated well and made room for all our needs. The full breakfast was amazing, too. The coach house was lovely, with underfloor heating and a log burner, and they even supplied the logs and kindling. We’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed being in Hay-on-Wye again, with its pretty scenery and plenty of walks nearby. The building and our room were beautiful, and Fiona and James were always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and there was lots to choose from.

The balcony had a fantastic view when the weather was nice, and the large bay windows gave us a great view when it rained. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Fiona and James even booked us a table at the boat pub before we arrived. We’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend, and thank you to them, the doggies, and our cat friend.

We’d happily stay here again on another visit to the Brecon Beacon. The breakfast was the highlight, especially the crumpet with bacon and syrup, which was unreal. I’d say it was the best we’ve had at an Airbnb, better than plenty of cafes too. The garden was gorgeous, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location as well, about a 10-minute drive to the Co-op.

That balcony view was wonderful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. My favorite stay on the trip. Breakfast was the most delicious and memorable meal we had the whole time.
