I was at the hotel for three weeks for a work conference. The restaurant and breakfast were faultless, the food was consistently good, and the chefs are a credit to the hotel. Linda, Luciano and Clarisa served me in the restaurant and were all friendly and lovely. They always had time for a chat and made me feel welcome. The staff were attentive throughout, and the rooms were kept clean and in good condition. When I reported that the shower wasn't draining properly, JMK made sure it was dealt with promptly.

We've been here with the family for six weeks, and the rooms are clean, housekeeping is brilliant, and the staff are great. Being away from home has been really hard for the kids, but everyone has helped them feel at home. Breakfast is always top notch and dinner is great too. We honestly couldn't have asked for more while we're here. Nothing is ever too much hassle.

The lifts were a letdown: one was out of order, and the sign by the other said to press the call button repeatedly. It arrived, but pressing again didn't open the doors. There was nobody at reception, though luckily another guest showed us the trick to call and open the lift door. A shame, because this is the best Premier Inn in the area. It looked much fresher, the restaurant and bar felt inviting with their canal view, and it was very quiet at night.

I knew at booking that parking cost extra, and there was plenty of it. I stayed for two nights on a work trip. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were satisfactory, just what you'd expect at a Premier Inn.

Luciano's service really lifted the experience, and overall I had a pleasant stay. The rooms had comfortable beds, and the facilities were very clean. Breakfast didn't quite live up to expectations, though, and the hotel was a little hard to find. The car park could be laid out better, and having no mobile reception on the first floor was quite inconvenient.
