Craigmonie Hotel Inverness by Compass Hospitality

Our first room was nicely upgraded; the second might not have been as new, but it was still clean and well maintained. It looks like more renovations are underway. The staff were super kind, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and sauna were great, and although the hotel is a little outside the town centre, the walk there is easy and pleasant. It's pet friendly too, so we could bring our other kids. Great for a family, and we'll be back!

We had a good time at our work Christmas lunch. The food was good, the staff were excellent and parking was fine. The place is being done up now, and it should look amazing when the work is finished.

The photos on booking. Com didn't match the hotel. The pool was only partly painted, with missing tiles and wood along the poolside where the nails had rusted. The carpets on the way to the rooms weren't hoovered during the week I stayed, and dust on the bannisters stayed there too, with someone's name written in it. The hotel car park charges anyone who parks there, and it's expensive.

We always enjoy staying at Craigmonie Hotel. The staff are amazing and helpful, the food is good, and we had fun in the swimming pool. Such a great place and lovely people. We tend to have so little time left to visit inverness :)
