Really good stay in Inverness, with spacious rooms, a kitchen and a lounge. There are two balconies with fantastic sea views. I'd recommend it for couples or friends.

Ardersier is such a sweet town, and everyone was welcoming. We loved the water views and the walk to Fort George. The suite was absolutely amazing, with clean, nice rooms and great modern amenities. The owners were kind, accommodating, and easy to reach with questions. There was also a really interesting information book about the building and surrounding area. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks very much, Paul and Sally!

We had a great time on the 2-3 outings we took, and I especially enjoyed how peaceful it was. The apartment had two good-sized bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a tidy kitchen and sitting room, plus parking right outside. We were on the ground floor. There were leaflets in the corridors about outdoor watersports, which we liked. Coming from London through the fields of Inverness, we were struck by the drive to Dolphin Bay apartments. They're right by a quiet stretch of coastline, with lovely sunrises and sunsets. We were happy to be away from the busy city and beside the shore. People were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Paul and Sally are lovely hosts who know the Ardersier area well. From the balcony, you can watch the world go by and look across The Moray Firth, from Keswick Bridge towards Chanonry Point. At low tide, the Bottlenose Dolphins put on a show there and you can get really close. There's also a beach walkway right outside, and you can walk down onto the beach when the tide is out. Inverness Airport is only a 10-minute ride away, but you can't hear it, even from the balcony at night. For a stay of a week or longer, Dolphin Bay Suites has everything you need, with shops and a local pub nearby. There's a big TESCO on the outskirts of Inverness about 10 minutes away, and the centre is another five minutes beyond that. Amazing views, and you'll love the place. ❤️💙

Paul & Sally were so friendly and helpful, clearly passionate about making the stay perfect. The accommodation was top notch, spotless, and had everything we needed. We had a fabulous holiday, visiting Fairy Glen Falls, Chanonry Point, Plodda Falls, Cawdor Castle, Inverness, Aviemore, Rothiemurchus Hairy Coo Safari, and taking lots of walks in the Cairngorms.
