Premier Inn Inverness Centre (Millburn Rd)

The restaurant was a mess for dinner. I bought the meal deal when checking in at 5pm, but was told they couldn't seat me until 8:30pm because they were busy. There were only four single men at four tables when I looked, with the other 20 tables empty. When I did eat, they handed me a list of unavailable dishes that was longer than a list of what I could order. The staff were bone idle teens and people in their early 20s, standing around chatting to each other and using foul language. This is by far the worst Premier inn I've ever stayed at. I use Premier inn at least weekly for work around the country, and the staff quality has improved hugely over the past 2 to 3 years, but they seem to have forgotten about this one. If you're staying in Inverness, I'd try one of the other 3 Premier inn. They can't be as bad.

I've stayed here before and found the rooms clean, comfortable and fairly recently updated. The location is good, and in my experience the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was a little wary after reading some mixed reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. I'd happily stay here again.

I travelled here for work and stayed for 9 months. The staff made the whole stay for me, with fantastic service from Conner, Kelly, Leanne and Scott. Paige deserves a special mention, she made those nine months bearable at times. An absolutely fantastic person and an asset to your company.
