The hosts made our anniversary week feel really special. My wife and I were celebrating 20 years together, and they were warm, polite, attentive, and even left us candy and an anniversary card. Breakfast was always just what we wanted, and I can’t say enough about the rooms, the atmosphere, or the people running the place. Easily the simplest five-star rating I’ve given. The Trafford Bank Guest House is a short walk or bike ride from the town centre, but far enough out that we didn’t hear city noise. Adli's is very close too.

The thing I’ll remember most is what happened after checkout: I realized I’d lost my wedding ring and was devastated, but the people at Old Trafford Guesthouse found it and are kindly sending it back to me in the United States. That honesty and care meant a lot. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with free WiFi and parking. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. The guesthouse sits in a quiet spot, while shops, restaurants, and public transport are still close by. I was hesitant about booking, but it turned into one of my best guesthouse stays. I’d happily recommend it for a visit to Inverness, whether for work, sightseeing, or a relaxing break in the Highlands.

The shower took a bit of fiddling to get the settings right, but we worked it out and it was fine. Otherwise, the hosts were helpful and very friendly, the rooms were great, and breakfast was fantastic every morning. Handy location too, around a 15-minute walk from the city centre.

Lorraine was full of useful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. You do need to agree on breakfast the night before. The room had everything we needed and then some, and it felt thoughtfully looked after and decorated. Lorraine, who owns the B&B, is a lovely host, and the room had a pampered feel to it. The only drawback for me was the shower in the Suite room, which is a little tight for someone tall and big like me. There’s a comfortable bathtub as another option. A charming little place to stay.

A cozy, very nice B&B, with breakfast made to order at no extra cost. The room had a small fridge and a spacious bathroom. It’s under a mile from town and services, and there’s parking right on site.
