Minnies Rooms

The location on Skye was idyllic, and Minnie and Bandit were absolutely precious. Our room was spotless and cozy, and breakfast was delicious. Mayanne welcomed us personally and was such an attentive, hospitable host. We had an enchanting stay at Minnie’s Rooms and would happily return. We wholeheartedly recommend this BnB.

We had the last room available, the one advertised as the "Tiny Room," though we didn't find it tiny at all. It was a nice space for two, with a very nice bathroom next door. There was no lake view like the other two rooms have, but everything was super clean and the towels were thick. Mayanne was a very nice host. Breakfast was an extensive continental spread, delivered to each room on its own little trolley at 8:00 in the morning. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance, and parking is available on the grounds.

We had a lovely view from our room and enjoyed sitting at the table to eat breakfast while looking out. Mayanne was warm and welcoming, and brought us a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location made it convenient to get to different places around Skye. We really enjoyed our stay.

Finding the house was the only tricky part. Google and Apple Maps aren't much help around there. It's on the left, down a tucked-away driveway just after the gas station, hope that helps! The place itself was wonderful, with a beautiful view. Mayanne was a great host, did our laundry, made lovely breakfasts each day, and gave us helpful advice on where to eat and which sights to see. I'd highly recommend this air B&B.
