The location on Orpington High St is handy, with coffee shops and a grocery store (Sainbury's) a few minutes away, other shops including Tesco within a 10-minute walk, and bus stops nearby. We took a bus from Orpington Station. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, though breakfast looked popular. The staff were excellent, friendly and responsive, and always easy to find or reach with the buzzer. We never waited more than a minute, mostly when asking for fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable, and even jet-lagged from the US we slept really well. Our room was clean and well lit, with a desk, a spot for hair and makeup, and a hairdryer. The shower was hot, though the water pressure was a little weak. My friend enjoyed the bath. Toilet paper comes as individual sheets, so bring your own if you’re particular about that. The rooms are sparse. There were no luggage stands, and beyond a small hanging area there wasn’t anywhere to unpack clothes. For the room’s size, the hotel could consider adding luggage stands and perhaps a chest of drawers. I’d stay again without concern, though if there were other hotels as convenient, I’d try them too.

I’ve been staying here 23-25 days a month since the beginning of November for work, and will be until the end of January. Being away from home so much, it makes a real difference how welcoming everyone is. The whole team has been amazing, from the friendly reception staff who make sure I have what I need to the people keeping the clean, spacious rooms and fresh, hot food up to standard. The managers are available and pitch in to work, which makes a big difference. I’ve stayed at hotels where managers just bark orders at already busy staff, and this team feels much more welcoming than others I’ve visited. They’re a credit to the hotel. I’d happily recommend it to friends and family.

Dee greeted us with a smile at breakfast and was really friendly. The food was plentiful, the cooked breakfast was lovely and hot, and the fruit and continental selection was displayed well with plenty of choice. We’d booked the dinner and breakfast deal. The room was a good size and very clean. We had trouble regulating the cold water in the bath, but Aden came to the rescue and sorted it in five minutes. He was also on hand in the restaurant on Thursday evening, making sure diners were happy. Dinner was adequate, and when we had a small issue with dessert, Aden helped straight away.

We met seven staff members during our stay, and every one was friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention to Dee the chef, who made us an amazing Chicken Kebab 🐔 😋 We stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and peaceful. There’s no on-site parking, but the Inn has an arrangement with a nearby multi-storey car park, just a one-minute walk away. Leaving the car there for two and a half days cost just £11. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated at the Inn for the reduced rate. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable, so I slept really well. Staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time, and everything felt organised and stress-free. I had a really enjoyable stay at Premier Inn, with excellent value for money. It was exactly what I hope for from a Premier Inn, and I’d happily stay again and recommend it.
