Bosco’s bar staff are personable, know their drinks and are crazily handsome. The cocktails are excellent, with a good range and a nice balance. Grab a seat at the bar, and try to visit during happy hour. Highly recommend.

I brought 25 people here last night for a surprise party for my boyfriend. Emma looked after us throughout, even with all the other customers around and the extra details in the personalised menu I’d made for our meal. There was a lot to juggle, and she absolutely nailed it. Emma, you’re amazing. We love you xx

The room on the third floor was clean, comfortable and well looked after, and we had a small private balcony. It was also easy to get to the high street, train station and taxi stand. We had a great stay while visiting the region.

The loud bass music made it impossible to sleep. It was torture, and the staff weren’t helpful when I raised it, they just smiled. My worst hotel experience in my lifetime.

I was told late check-in wouldn’t be a problem, but when I arrived at 11:30 PM nobody answered the door. I spent two hours wandering the streets of Surbiton before finding another hotel that had a room because of no-shows. They took me in, but charged a premium. I still haven’t had any response from hotel Bosco about covering those extra costs. The hotel accepts full responsibility for failing to forward the doorbell properly to the officer on duty at the premises.
