We stayed one night in the William Nicholson Suite, near Harrods, and the location was perfect. One awkward feature for many people might be the bathtub, which sits in the room itself, outside the bathroom. There’s no water hose (shattaf) in the bathroom.

A hidden gem in Knightsbridge. Harrods is only a two-minute walk away, and the 24-hour concierge is such a great touch. They also clean the rooms daily. Awesome hotel and location.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown: there were no tables, and the coffee machine gave me warm milk for my tea. The room itself was nice, but noise kept me from getting a good night's sleep. Secondary glazing would help. A few little improvements could make this a really good hotel.

I was travelling alone on business, so feeling safe mattered a lot, and this hotel felt very secure. The staff were so helpful with directions and general tips about London. I also got to see the event space, which was beautiful and looked like it would be lovely for weddings. The place has the feel of someone's beautiful home, and my room, the service, and the location were all wonderful. Shops and lots of restaurants are within walking distance, and everything I needed was close by. I spent a few nights here and absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back.
