The afternoon tea was lovely, and the staff were kind. The pool was nice too, though very crowded, and getting out of the jacuzzi was a struggle. There are lots of stairs between the pool and spa, so it isn't a good choice if you have mobility issues. The foot spa was broken, and the changing room toilet had no toilet roll or soap, though luckily there were tissues. The place was clean overall.

The room was clean and roomy, and we really enjoyed the food, especially the generous portions. The pool and facilities were great as well. We stayed two nights in room 314 and left this morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We're due back in a few weeks, thanks for a lovely stay.

We barely slept because the old windows let in so much traffic noise. One was difficult to close, and there was another open window in the hallway by the lift with no handle. The room itself was clean, but the hotel looks old and needs a serious upgrade. It's also fairly isolated, with little to do nearby. The hotel sits by the motorway in an industrial area, though we came for one night mainly to try the spa. It was okay, with a sauna, steam sauna, ice room, rasul, quiet room and lounge where you can have a brew. Reception gave us a tour and explained what we needed to know. The lockers worked and had robes, slippers and towels. Spa access is limited to two hours, though the pool stays open until 9 pm, with a sauna and steam room there too. The jacuzzi tubs weren't working, but the pool water was warm and pleasant. The restaurant was fine, with reasonable prices for the large portions. Five stars for service, the employees were really friendly and helpful. Thanks to them for their effort.

We came with friends for a special birthday spa day. The facilities were lovely, and so was the afternoon tea. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't say anything about the rooms. I'd recommend a visit.
