Wendy checked me in and made me feel completely welcome. Later, I joined the locals for a few pints in the bar and met the friendliest bunch of people. That friendliness left the biggest impression on me. I chose this place for a one-night stay and was glad to pick it over a soulless big chain hotel. Great service, a comfortable room, and a brilliant full Scottish breakfast.

There's a pool table, and they often have bands or a quiz. The locals are friendly, and there's always a good atmosphere. It's a great wee pub, small but very clean, with polite staff who are always welcoming.

I planned to stay one night, but losing my car keys meant I ended up staying three. Scott was absolutely brilliant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a lovely location with a friendly atmosphere. I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wendy went above and beyond to accommodate my family, and the service was great. The rooms were nice, modern, and cosy, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. All in all, a great wee pub, great B&B, and great staff. Five stars from me and my family.
