The closest shower's thermostat was faulty, making the water too hot, so I had to use a different bathroom. The shared bathrooms themselves weren't an issue. The furniture looked worn, the bed creaked, and the blinds need replacing while the wardrobe needs repair, though the bed was otherwise OK. The location was fine, with a car park and several bus stops nearby. I might consider staying here again if I travel to Leeds, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I didn't stay. They showed me three rooms, all dirty and incomplete: food on the floors, mould on the sheets, a missing kettle and TV remote, plus stained mattresses and mouldy bedding.

There was human poo on the sheets. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and the girl at the front desk couldn't help at all. I asked for a refund or to speak to the manager and got neither. I tried staying a second night the following week, and it was just as awful, though at least there wasn't poo on the sheets that time. Worst place I've stayed. Avoid it.

They asked for ID when I arrived. I'd lost my wallet and couldn't provide it, so they refused to check me in and wouldn't refund my money either. Be careful when booking.
