Ibis Styles Leeds Centre Arena

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the car park was good value. We found everything easy to reach, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel was spotless throughout, and our room was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice, all fresh and nicely presented. We’d stay again and would recommend it! 😊

Michelle at reception deserves a special mention. She’s always welcoming, helpful and ready with a warm smile. She makes check-in and the whole stay feel easy and stress-free, and her consistently kind, professional manner really makes a difference. I stay at ibis Leeds Centre regularly for work, and each visit has been a pleasant one. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is fresh and good, and the staff are friendly and professional. Thanks to Michelle and everyone on the ibis Leeds team for making each visit enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was the main letdown during my four-night solo stay. The hot food was cold each time I tried it, especially the bacon and sausages. The bacon was folded while cooking, so some bits were burnt and others barely cooked. There wasn’t much choice in cereal, or anything healthy. My room was tiny, particularly the bathroom, though it was nice enough. Check-in left a poor first impression: the receptionist was unfriendly and practically threw the key at me, without even wishing me a nice stay. I’d hoped to share this feedback at checkout, but they quickly took my key and didn’t say anything courteous.

The location was brilliant, just a five-minute walk to the centre of Leeds. There’s parking next door at half price, and a shopping mall nearby with lots of restaurants, fast food places and a large Morrisons. The room was modern, with a great shower and comfortable beds. The place was clean and stylish, and I was much more impressed than I’d expected.
