The location worked really well for us, within walking distance of the station, bars and restaurants in central Leeds. Parking is available, though there aren't many spaces for a hotel this size. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and some options for dietary needs. The bar does excellent cocktails and often has offers such as Happy Hour. I'd stay again.

We had a great time dining as a group, and booked a room that was comfortable and well equipped. The place is lovely and well located. Staff were welcoming, and they sorted out our small questions quickly. At some points the bar seemed short-staffed, with one person serving a lot of people, so there was some waiting. It didn't take too much away from the experience. We didn't see the rooms, so I can't comment on them. We'd happily come back.

The breakfast was lovely, with a big selection and plenty of food, and the quality was great. Rooms were spacious, very clean, well presented and had great amenities. The separate toilet is a little odd. Parking seemed pretty reasonable for a hotel in central Leeds.

I stayed for one night for a local event. The room was well equipped, with plenty of seating and a decent-sized TV. I also liked having a separate toilet and shower room. The hotel is in a great spot near the train station and town centre.

We came to Leeds to visit my dad in hospital, and it was a draining, traumatic time. The reservations and reception team, especially Sissy & Shona, couldn't have been more caring or helpful. It's a very well-run hotel, and the staff are so well trained. They showed that a chain hotel can treat guests as individuals just as well as an independent place. Huge thanks to everyone. We'll definitely stay again.
