The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the shower stayed hot. The cleaning team were happy to bring fresh towels, and the Polish supervisor was always helpful. Adam and the rest of the staff were friendly too, and they’d book me a taxi whenever I asked. Harsh and Manisha at reception really made my day: such a warm, respectful welcome, a great sense of humour, and they invited me to ask for help any time. I chose the Ibis Budget Hotel in Birstall (Leicester) because it was affordable and had some good five-star reviews. It cost about $45 to $49 on average. It’s a no-frills hotel, but very clean and friendly for the price. Harsh and Manisha were my favourites. Five stars from me, and I’d recommend this particular ibis anytime.

Room 03 is a little small, but the price was fair. Harsh, the night bar staff member, was wonderful: helpful, professional, and funny. Room 230 was much bigger, and the beds were really comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice, and the evening pizza was so tasty I’d recommend it.

The location worked perfectly for us, and it was easy to order an Uber to and from the hotel. For this price, I was very happy with the room, especially the extremely comfortable bed, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was better than I expected, and we’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The staff were polite and really helpful during my Christmas stay while visiting family. Levana deserves a special mention for being so attentive and having such good manners. Thanks, and hopefully I’ll see you again soon!

I’ve booked another two weeks here. I’ve been staying for work over the last fortnight and it’s been good value, with an easy journey in. Parking is free when you book directly, and all the staff have been friendly and helpful.
