Layla Toms sorted everything out beautifully for us, and the rooms were great. The food and setting were lovely as well. All the bar and restaurant staff working the night of 25th Feb 2026 were great. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Ross, Indie, Annabelle, Kacey and Amber deserve a mention. Thanks again, everyone.

We had a wonderful birthday stay, and the room was comfortable with a great atmosphere. Before we arrived, I arranged decorations with the Novotel Leicester team. They listened carefully and set everything up beautifully, even adding a birthday card. The card had the wrong birthday number, which made us laugh! It was a small mix-up, but the thoughtful gesture made the celebration feel extra special. Thanks for helping make my wife’s birthday memorable. We’d happily stay again.

Breakfast had a delicious, wide selection, and we really enjoyed our visit. The city centre location is handy, and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Aman and his front of house team gave fantastic service. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Pau greeted me kindly and helped me find a room I was happy with. I also got help with extra dental care, then finished my stay with a lovely coffee from Ross at the Bar. His customer service was excellent. I had a lovely time at Novotel in Leicester and would definitely return, perhaps to dine next time.

After four disappointing hotel days in London, I worried Novotel Leicester might be the same, but it was great. The front desk, restaurant, room service, and housekeeping were all amazing. I loved Leicester and can see myself visiting again. I’ll definitely stay at Novotel.
