The Belmont Hotel

The staff were fantastic and helped with anything we needed. Breakfast had a great selection, and our spacious family room was clean, with comfortable, roomy beds. We were two adults and two children, and they looked after us brilliantly. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The town centre is an easy walk away, and there are plenty of private parking spaces. Breakfast was tasty, with options for every taste, from fruit, yoghurt, cereals and continental items to piping hot food. They could also cook dishes fresh to order. The room was warm, the shower worked efficiently, and the staff were great. The only hitch was that our overnight stay coincided with maintenance on the WiFi system. I'd definitely recommend it.

A good night's sleep matters most to me in a hotel, and this was one of the quietest places I've stayed, despite having spent years in hotels. The staff were friendly and gave great service. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast there too, and both meals were cooked very well. A very pleasant surprise, and highly recommended.

We stayed overnight for a graduation ceremony at the Curve. The central location was excellent, and the price was good value. Our room was large, bright and airy, with a comfortable bed and bathrobes as a nice extra. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with cereals and fruit as well as a cooked option. The service was prompt, and the food arrived hot and tasty.
