The Sky bar was such a lovely place to sit for a drink, whether as a couple or in a group, and the food was amazing. The whole hotel was extremely clean, and every staff member was friendly and polite. The bed was sooo comfortable. The only disappointment was that the lovely dressing gowns weren’t available to buy when I checked out. I’d recommend this hotel 100%.

We booked this for my partner’s birthday, and the Sky Bar was the highlight. The decor was gorgeous, the cocktails were great, the staff were attentive and the music was good. Our river-view room was amazing at night, with a modern, open-plan layout between the bedroom and bathroom. My partner loved it, and the complimentary drinks in the minibar were a lovely touch. The location was great for the city centre and nearby attractions. We had breakfast in the morning, which I thought could be better given the quality of the hotel. We didn’t try Gino D'Campo restaurant downstairs. I loved the hotel, with everything you need in one place, and I’ll definitely come back.

A convenient hotel with everything I needed. I was glad to find a steamer in the room, and the complimentary refreshing drinks were a nice extra. The view was great, though I couldn’t open the window.

The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped, with no carpets, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was top notch, and I’m someone who needs a very clean environment to feel comfortable. The hotel was just far enough from the downtown action to be quieter at night, but still walkable in about ten minutes. We could return after the music and actually sleep. There’s also a lovely Italian restaurant, "51", across the street, run with a lot of care and love by the owners. We’d only booked one room, but some of our group had a bad experience at another hotel due to noise and cleanliness, so we suddenly needed a second. Nicole at reception was welcoming and very helpful, finding us a room on the same floor as the others despite the late notice. Thanks, Nicole! Don’t miss breakfast. Anita, the manager hostess, guides guests through it and keeps a close eye on her team. There’s coffee, fruit, hot food, local yoghurt and lots of thoughtful touches. I’d call it one of the best breakfasts in town, and it’s discounted for hotel guests. This newer Liverpool hotel made our stay wonderful, thanks in large part to the staff.
