Pullman Liverpool

The breakfast had plenty of choice and was lovely, and we enjoyed the quiet bar with its reasonable prices. My wife and I spent two nights here for my 70th birthday. The room was spotless and spacious, with a great shower, and the staff were superb and attentive. The city is walkable if you're fit enough, or cheap taxis are available. There's also a lovely path along the regenerated docks.

We were welcomed with three thoughtful touches for the special occasion we were celebrating, and the view from the room was gorgeous. The cleanliness, food, hospitality and service were all spot on, with real attention to detail and a professional feel throughout. Pullman went beyond what I expected. If I visit Liverpool again, I'd choose it without hesitation. 10/10, highly recommended! ⭐️💫

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the hotel itself was clean, beautiful and well maintained. I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay at Pullman Liverpool. The one disappointing detail was that the dental kit in the room had expired. That should be checked more carefully. Everything else was great.

I've stayed here several times, for work, a weekend away and other trips. The rooms have a lively look, and I keep coming back for the architecture, views, quiet surroundings and good location. I've never had noise from other guests. Once, when I had a few issues, Chris, the guest experience manager, sorted them out straight away and offered money back and a complimentary stay with breakfast. There was also a kind note on the desk with some sweets and mints. A great experience, and I'll definitely return.
