We were first checked into a room full of mold. After we complained, the manager told us we'd have to wait over an hour for another room, said housekeeping wasn't available before 3pm, and said they couldn't give us a room. Check-in was at 2pm, but we had nowhere to stay until 3pm. We were exhausted and had to leave to make our own arrangements, then come back. The manager didn't apologize or offer us a drink or coffee. We finally got into a room at 5pm, and that one was moldy too. A kind woman at reception did offer drink vouchers. The next day, we asked for a 30-60 minute extension to checkout and were told no because guests were arriving. After the moldy, filthy rooms and half a day spent sorting them out, they couldn't give us even a little extra time. Horrible service. The worst Radisson experience ever. I would never recommend this place. It's worn out, moldy and filthy.

The staff are always so kind and eager to help. We've never met a nicer team, and they deserve a lot of respect. My girlfriend and I stay at the Radisson Blu whenever we're in Liverpool, usually once or twice a year for 4 to 11 nights. We love the rooms, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom, and the hotel itself is beautiful. It always feels like home in a city we love. One suggestion for the manager or owner: show all the Liverpool matches on the big screen in the lobby, and maybe add a minibar to the rooms, haha :). We'll definitely be back in 2026.

The staff were really friendly and the service was great, but the hotel felt a bit tired, even though it's being refurbished. I arrived late and just wanted an easy dinner. The seed bread was actually white bread with mouldy specks. Breakfast wasn't anything special either: the scrambled eggs were watery, though there was an okay choice.

We were in town for a weekend event, and the hotel looked stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fresh. Our room was very nice too. The one nuisance was the bathroom fan, which couldn't be switched off, so I had to listen to it until I fell asleep.

The room looked out over the Titanic docks and was nice. We thought it was good value, even on New Year's Eve, and I'd recommend it. There's no parking at the hotel, but the NCP car park is a four-minute walk around the corner and costs £18 for 24 hours.
