Looking out over Liverpool and straight onto St George’s Hall was a real highlight, especially after dark when the city lights came on. The location is just as good, right beside Liverpool Lime Street Station and at the entrance to the city centre, handy for business, shopping, food or sightseeing. Our room was spotless, comfortable, beautifully presented and well equipped, with a modern but relaxing feel. The food was delicious, there was a good menu choice, and breakfast had hearty, well-prepared English and continental options. Service was excellent from arrival onward. Reception were welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant and room service teams were professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. A fantastic stay at a stylish hotel. We'll definitely be back.

The Christmas decorations were magical, and the decor inside this iconic listed building is incredible. I arrived early while my daughter was doing wedding hair for a bride and her mother. Everyone I met on staff was welcoming, and they let me sit and enjoy refreshments while I waited. I haven't stayed here yet, but the location is perfect and I'm definitely planning a stay. I've worked in inspection and quality assurance, and couldn't fault anything. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality, Paula xxx

The hotel gave me two complimentary drinks as a birthday treat, which was lovely. My partner and I came for my birthday and to see the Christmas markets, and the location was perfect, right by Lime Street station and across the road from the markets. We had a superior room with a beautiful view of St George’s, a great shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable with plenty of choice, and the staff were so friendly. We'll happily stay again. Thank you!

The staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful, and everything was well maintained. I booked a Standard Room – 1 Queen. It was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a modern, stylish feel. An excellent stay from beginning to end, among the best hotel experiences I've had. I'd definitely come back.

The buffet looked as good as it tasted, and the breakfast team were especially welcoming. They paid great attention to getting everything set up. This is one of the best Radisson hotels I've stayed in, modern and clean throughout.
