Those little baked treats in the room were such a nice touch. We also had a lovely view from a beautiful room, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. The location made it easy to explore the area. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel for comfort and great service.

The spa was amazing, though the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. It’s a quiet, safe-feeling spot with a nice view, and everyone we met was kind and polite, from the entrance to our room. It felt like home.

Andrea, the Bar Manager, made us feel comfortable and appreciated right away. The bar had an elegant but relaxed feel, and his genuine warmth and attention to detail made the visit memorable. We also felt safe throughout, thanks to the attentive, discreet security officer Ingel, who was there whenever needed. At 45 Park Lane, even the doorman gave us a warm, professional welcome from the moment we arrived. The care and service were outstanding, and I’d highly recommend 45 Park Lane for a memorable stay.

The whole Park Lane 45 team made my stay in London lovely. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. Since I’m part of the Dorchester Collection team, I especially appreciated the service and attention to detail. Hope to come back soon! Adriano GULARTE
