Abbey Court, Hyde Park Hotels

The room was small, but clean and warm, and the hosts were very kind. They greeted me in Greek every day. I’d read so many negative comments that I was worried before going, but everything turned out fine. The hotel is three minutes from Paddington station and the bus stop, in a nice area with plenty of shops and easy access to the center. I’d happily stay again.

The double room was a good size and clean, as was the bathroom. The shower room is small, though, and someone with a larger build might struggle to get in and out of the cubicle. Housekeeping tidied the room daily, and there were tea and coffee facilities. A fair price for a clean room in a perfect location. I’d stay here again.

Paddington station is very close, and from there you can get anywhere. That location was a big help and was the best thing about the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was fine. I’ve seen comments about the lower floors, so ask for a higher room if you can. The room itself was nice, though a bit small, with poor water pressure and no fridge. Still, it was a good hotel and I’d recommend it.

We were really happy with the stay and would gladly come back. The room was clean, the shower was good, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and checkout were efficient. Paddington station is just a three minute walk away, and Bond St is about a 25 minute walk.
