The staff made a great impression, 10/10 service. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was pretty good and just right for getting the day started with energy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very good for London. It’s a welcoming hotel in a perfect Paddington location. Highly recommended.

We forgot our power adapter at home, and the helpful staff gave us one for free. Our room was cleaned every day, and each day we came back to biscuits or pastries waiting in the room. Breakfast was included in the booking, freshly made, and really delicious. The hotel is near central London and everything felt within walking distance. We had a really great time, and I think it’s a really good place to stay at a good price if you’re planning a trip to London.

The room had everything we needed, including treats and water, a hairdryer, shampoo, kettle, and fridge. It was spotless and a great size, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is hard to fault, very central and easy to get around, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. I’ll come back on every trip.

The overnight man at the check-in desk was amazing and so nice. The kitchen staff made breakfast 100% perfect, please pass on our thanks. My friend and I booked single rooms and got lovely, cosy ones that were very well equipped and extremely clean. We loved it here and will book again.

The staff were the best part of the hotel. Everyone was so kind and made us feel at home, turning our trip into an unforgettable one. We stayed at Hyde Park Hotel at the end of July and had a great time. The location near Paddington station was convenient for getting around, and there were lots of restaurants inside. At first, because it was busy, we were offered a small room, but the staff were quick to find us a more comfortable option. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too, with a wide choice.
