Liverpool station is a three-minute walk away, and there are plenty of places to eat, including a food hall across the road. It’s a bit of a train ride to the west end, including places like Harrods. We’d stay again despite one hiccup when we checked in to our two rooms booked for 12/20: one had a cleanliness issue. Olga the manager was proactive about fixing it, and we ended up upgraded to a better room. Jason at the front desk also stayed on top of things. As a Globalist guest of honor, we appreciated the breakfast and mini-bar. Breakfast was pretty good and fresh, with some locally sourced items. The one suggestion: the “Americano” was much too strong, and we saw other guests ask for hot water to dilute theirs. The lobby Happy Hour was a nice touch too.

During some personal medical issues on our trip, the staff were prompt, caring, dependable, and understanding. Laila especially went well beyond her duties, and communication from her was excellent. The front desk and management were kind and accommodating throughout a difficult time. The hotel is beautifully located near many London landmarks and restaurants. It was a pleasure coming back to this comfortable, cool, modern place in the heart of the city after a day out. We look forward to staying at Reagan next time we’re in London.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and capable, and breakfast was great. They also serve free drinks and snacks in reception from 5pm to 6pm. It’s right by Liverpool Station but still quiet. Highly recommended.

Karim was especially attentive and even helped us discover some lovely new recipes during our stay. The whole team was remarkably friendly and made us feel welcome from the start, with small thoughtful touches that really improved our comfort. We had a wonderful four-day stay at the Andaz Liverpool Street last December. Service was impeccable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices suited to our dietary preferences. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or more attentive service. Highly recommended.
