Our deluxe room was spacious and impeccable, with comfortable beds and a nice, cool minibar fridge. The temperature in the room was adjustable, which I loved. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was hot with a strong spray. We appreciated the bathrobe and bath duck, though two robes would have been better for two adults. Everyone was super friendly, and breakfast was delicious and well priced. The location is excellent, tucked behind the four seasons near Tower Hill metro and lots of sights. The Tower of london is only a few minutes away, and the walk to Tower Bridge gives excellent views of the shard. We also enjoyed going to the Christmas markets and having a tesco supermarket nearby.

The staff cared so much and were incredibly attentive and accommodating. It felt like they’d personally feel bad if anything didn’t work out for us. I’ve stayed in plenty of places, but Adriannia and her supervisor, a very nice Italian man, were especially outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, and we’ll 100% stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

The location is excellent, on a quiet street in a clean part of the city behind the Four Seasons, and just a few minutes’ walk from Tower Hill Underground station. Service was perfect from check-in to checkout. The facilities include a gym, restaurant, bar, and sitting area, but no pool. Breakfast was five-star, with everything we needed, and we had the “full monty” a couple of times. The seating area out front has a street view. We were a family of four and spent four nights at the Apex Ciry Hotel. We booked two Deluxe King rooms at 225 GBP per room. Room 241 was our favourite, more spacious and looking recently updated. Room 250 was still spacious but a bit smaller and looked older. Its windows couldn’t be opened. One small oddity was having just one bathrobe in each room. Overall, a great choice for a London stay.

The rooms were great and perfectly clean, but two things cost the hotel a star. Only one lift was working, and the other was extremely dangerous, it kept shaking. I also received ten messages and emails from the hotel company during my stay, which was far too many. This needs to stop. Do better.
