The kitchenette equipment made our stay much easier, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We had an outstanding stay and highly recommend it.

The guy and girl at reception treated me and my family so well during our stay from the night of December 19 to December 20. The room was wonderful, spacious and cozy. Thanks for everything you did for us. We’ll definitely come back one day.

The front desk staff were kind and incredibly helpful, and the bedding, mattress and pillows were comfortable. I liked having a kitchenette, even without a stovetop or hot plate, and the lightly scented toiletries suited both men and women. In room 323, though, there was barely enough space around the two queen beds. The TV was awkwardly placed, so you had to bend while squeezing between the beds and wall. The tea was nice, but it wasn’t individually wrapped and sat in a dirty, slightly rusty container. The AC didn’t cool the room to 19c after we changed the setting from 23.5c on arrival. Our rooms in Paris got down to 19c and felt cold. The room itself was quiet, but we could hear the people walking around above us, and it was loud. Street noise wasn’t too bad. The table and chairs felt in the way, and smaller ones or more storage for hanging clothes would’ve helped. The room was nice overall, and we’d consider staying again if we came back to London.
