Ark Canary Wharf

It got a little warm at night, but the staff made an effort to help and moved us to a cooler room. We also used the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, and enjoyed them all, especially the view. I didn’t get to try the yoga studio or gym, so I’d like to next time. Lyzan and another gentleman welcomed us at reception, and the team were lovely. At checkout, Latifah was lovely too. We had a great stay.

The pool was a real highlight, clean, well maintained and a relaxing place to unwind. The hotel itself felt modern, fresh and enjoyable, and everything from the facilities to the service exceeded what I expected. The staff were warm, friendly and ready to help throughout my stay, and made me feel valued and comfortable. Latifah, the duty manager, was especially professional and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure things were right. I had an amazing time at ARK Canary Wharf and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return.

The location is handy, about a five-minute walk from the DLR station and 15 minutes from Canary Wharf. There’s a Co-op, Tesco Express and big Asda nearby, though central London is still around 30 minutes away by tube. The interiors are lovely, and the included pool, cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were a huge bonus. The views from them are amazing. Our studio had a sink, microwave, fridge, freezer, countertop, chairs and a comfy bed. You can ask for extra cutlery. The room was a good size, while the bathroom was tiny but clean. The staff were super helpful, shoutout to Amey for letting me check out later. The room didn’t get cleaned during our stay, though I’m sure they would have done it if we’d asked. We had a wonderful time, and the place is extremely affordable.

We liked the place so much that my husband and I kept adding extra nights. The room was clean, roomy and well maintained, with a fresh, organized feel when I walked in. The bed was really comfortable, with soft linens and supportive pillows, so it was easy to relax after a long day. There was also a flat-screen TV and mini-fridge. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The shower had steady hot water and good pressure. There’s also a beautiful pool and sauna on the top floor, which made the stay an amazing experience. Overall, it was comfortable and good value, and I’d happily recommend it and stay again.
