For me, Atrium Hotel London Heathrow was okay, but not great. It's useful for an overnight stay around a flight, though it didn't feel consistent enough for a relaxing break. The main draw is how easy it makes airport travel. It's close to Heathrow and right beside Hatton Cross Underground, so the terminals are one Tube stop away, and central London is reachable without a car. The public areas look modern, the rooms are generally clean and functional, and the windows keep aircraft noise out well. The pool and spa are a nice extra if you have time to use them. The value and consistency are less convincing. Rooms can feel small for the price, and hallway noise from slamming doors and people coming and going can be a problem. Breakfast costs extra and can be hit or miss. Parking is paid, about £16 per 24 hours, and the entrance and signs can be confusing if you're driving. Don't count on a hotel airport shuttle. Plan on the Tube, a taxi or a rideshare. It's convenient and clean enough for a short airport stay, especially with a fair rate when a quick trip to Heathrow is the priority. But on many nights, the comfort, noise and food value don't feel reliably above average, so I'd put it at about three stars.

We booked this hotel for my twins' birthday and had the best time. The food was amazing, and the staff were lovely, especially the night staff. The spa is beautiful. I'll definitely be back soon.

For Heathrow passengers, the Atrium Hotel is convenient and good value. I stayed one night and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. It's a handy stopover if you're flying from Heathrow the next day. The Tube station across the street gets you to your terminal in under 15 minutes on the Piccadilly line. Tea and coffee in the room were a welcome touch. The small, round, very hard soap made me laugh. I'd seen a review compare it to a pebble and only understood after using it in the shower. It wasn't a big deal, just funny. My stay included a hot breakfast buffet. Staff worked hard to replenish food and clean tables in the huge banquet room, but it was extremely busy and chaotic with so many people. Be prepared to carry your plate around looking for a free table and weaving through the crowds. All in all, convenient and good value.

The pool was nice, though there wasn't really a shallow section, so my 8 Year Old had to swim. Breakfast was basic and a bit cold. There was no chocolate spread and the orange juice tasted weak, but I ate it all, so it wasn't a big issue. Our family room was right outside Heathrow, yet we heard no noise. It was spacious, clean, had nice carpet 😅, and the bathroom was nice too. No real complaints. Now I can get on with my holiday 😎.

The big advantage here is the connection to the airport and Hatton cross tube and bus station. I stayed two days in May 2025. The rooms were a bit cozy, but good value for money. The breakfast buffet had limited choices, though the food areas were clean and well maintained. We were traveling as a large group, and the staff were polite, understanding and accommodating with our requests. I enjoyed my stay.
