The spa at The Berkeley was outstanding, a world-class chance to relax. Our room was bright, elegant and wonderfully spacious, with climate control that kept us comfortable. After exploring London, it was a lovely place to unwind. My partner and I were delighted by how attentive the staff were. Everyone was friendly, professional and ready to help with a smile, with a level of care we haven’t experienced before. An exceptional hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.

Austin and John deserve special thanks. Rather than ship an empty suitcase back to Jordan for around £200, they suggested storing it securely at the hotel until I returned. It was practical, thoughtful advice clearly given with my best interests in mind, and that kind of consideration is rare. Mark from the bell team was just as helpful and professional, handling everything calmly and smoothly. At the front desk and concierge, Sid and Daniel were great. Sid even remembered my name and room number in such a large hotel, a small detail that says a lot about his care and attentiveness. The team made me feel genuinely looked after. It was one of the friendliest, most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had, and those personal touches set The Berkeley apart.

I’ve been coming here with my family for decades. In my opinion, this is the most personable, top-level hotel in the world, and they treat you like royalty. It was my birthday today, and Ion, a lovely man, brought me a gorgeous cake and card. Pablo and Jasmin at the terrace spoiled me even more. The people serving you at the Berkeley are genuinely beautiful souls.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, with a relaxing feel that works for business or leisure. The Berkeley has elegant interiors and attentive, courteous service. Its overall atmosphere feels comfortable and high quality, with a touch of sophistication.
