Ilford station is very close, with shops, restaurants and a shopping mall all within walking distance, which made getting around convenient. The hotel was an okay choice for a short visit, though the small room seems better suited to a brief stay than a longer one. The bed was comfortable, but finding hair on the bedding was disappointing and detracted from the cleanliness. The bathroom was modern, the shower area was clean, and basic toiletries were supplied. There is no air conditioning, so I imagine it could get very hot in summer. A decent budget stay in a handy area, but better housekeeping and room comfort would improve it.

Everything was neat, comfortable and peaceful, with clean rooms and a cozy feel. The staff were lovely, and it was clear they cared about their guests. I liked it very much and would gladly recommend this hotel.

I've been back to this hotel twice, staying around nine days each time, and both visits were wonderful. The coffee area is lovely, and their coffees are great. My favourite is the delicious Chai Latte! The whole team is so welcoming and the service has been consistently excellent. Iqra deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She was kind and professional. I'll definitely return again.

The coffee shop was a great place to unwind late in the evening, with warm lighting, good music and friendly staff. The coffee was excellent, and the panini was surprisingly tasty even at that hour. My room was clean, comfortable and just right for a short stay. The hotel is handy for public transport, with shops and restaurants nearby. A good affordable option if you want somewhere convenient with a cozy spot for a late coffee or snack.

The location made it easy to get to transport and local shops, and I'd happily stay here again. My room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. Staff were polite and friendly, and ready to help. Service was efficient and professional throughout.
