For a one-night solo business trip, this was a quiet and easy place to stay. The hotel was spotless, check-in went smoothly, and reception is staffed around the clock. Getting to the rail, bus, and Tube network was straightforward. I knew from other reviews that the rooms were small, and mine was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a brilliant extra.

The staff really make the Byron special. They were warm, attentive, and happy to go the extra mile, even offering to hold luggage after check-out so we could keep exploring London. Reception is staffed 24 hours, which felt reassuring. It’s a stylish, very clean little hotel in an elegant townhouse on a quiet street, a short walk from Kensington Gardens and the nearby Underground station. The rooms are small, more like what I’d expect from a two-star property, but they’re thoughtfully laid out and work perfectly well for a city stay. A charming, welcoming place in a great location.

Smile made me feel right at home throughout my stay. He’s fantastic at his job, and I’ll really miss him! The whole visit was easy from check-in through check-out, so much so that I extended my stay. The Byron Hotel is right by Hyde Park, with public transport just around the corner and everything I needed close by. Getting around London was simple. I’ll miss being here and can’t wait to return. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our visit. The bathroom and bedsheets were quite clean too. Our room was a little small, but I think that’s okay compared with London hotels. We had a really nice stay and a pleasant experience.
