The two-bedroom apartment had several practical problems: one key for four to six adults, no tea towel, low water pressure, an awkward shower, too little toilet paper and tea, and no laundry powder despite plenty of other cleaning supplies. The second bedroom had no window or ventilation and was hot and stuffy. We also couldn't use the sofa bed comfortably on the first night with six adults, so we had to put its mattress on the floor. We booked three nights through a popular site with good reviews, but I wish I'd checked Google too. London has plenty of other places to stay, and I would pick one of them unless this improves.

I woke up to men talking inside my flat and was terrified. They have keys to every flat and enter whenever they like without asking permission. The front desk was rude and no help at all. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. It may be the worst-managed building in London.

Don't rent this place. It gets seriously hot in summer, maintenance is poor, and they're fixing things noisily every week. There are safety concerns too. You'll regret renting it.

Be careful about renting at Carlow House. They didn't tell us as tenants what the full charges for hot water and central heating would be, and the rates are exorbitant.

Very poor service, and they didn't stick to the cleaning schedule. Over 10 days, they cleaned just once.
