The breakfast selection was better than I expected after reading some online reviews. There's no cooked breakfast, but it had what I needed, including a gluten-free option and the biggest choice of milk I've seen in a hotel: coconut, hazelnut, almond, oat, and lactose-free. The room was clean and had the amenities I needed, with enough space for an open suitcase. The shower only has an overhead option, which makes it hard to avoid getting your hair wet if that's what you want. I didn't have a shower cap. It's no big deal, though. My stay was pleasant, and I'd recommend the place. I might return if I need a room near the centre on another London trip. Thank you!

The room had everything I needed, even an adapter for UK outlets. The hotel was quite clean and in a great location. Breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious, and the man at reception was really friendly. Thank you!

There's sometimes a faint bad smell in the room, and the window in our LG2 room doesn't lock, so it's easily accessible from outside. That feels pretty dangerous. Even so, the location makes the hotel worth the price.

We spent four nights here over August Bank Holiday and had an enjoyable stay for good value. It was easy to walk to the attractions, and Euston Station was about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was included, basic and the same each day, but as advertised, so no complaints. We had room G1, which we requested as a quiet room. The doors creaked and squeaked at all hours, which was frustrating since basic maintenance and a can of oil should sort it out. The toilet door also doesn't shut fully and needs a latch or lock. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.
