The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel’s closeness to the tube made it easy to reach the main tourist sights. Our rooms were very clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were extremely kind. The place felt freshly renovated, with a charming modern look and a welcoming sense of cleanliness from the moment we walked in. There was a special fragrance in the entrance too. I had a lovely stay at Central Park Hotel and would be happy to return.

Apart from the shower, everything was great and very clean. The open-door shower design didn’t keep water off the rest of the floor. The mat stayed soaked, and for hours afterward I nearly slipped when I went in wearing slippers, or stepped into a big puddle and had to dry my feet before getting back into bed. There was some renovation work, and only one lift was operating, but this was made clear before booking, which I appreciated. The location is great, across from Hyde Park and close to two tube stations, in a lively but not overcrowded neighborhood.

The rooms were new and compact, but had everything we needed for a comfortable birthday stay at the Central Park Hotel. The location was excellent, near two underground stations. Chiara is the reason I’m giving five stars. She was the sweetest and most helpful receptionist, gave us lots of tips about the city, and made our stay easier. She felt like our guardian angel and is the staff’s greatest asset.

We were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay, thanks to a friendly, attentive crew who were always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the location made it easy to explore, being central and close to Hyde Park and public transport. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, well organised, and offered plenty of choice. We also loved the tasty candies at reception, a thoughtful little touch that made us smile. Everything was excellent from start to finish. A lovely hotel with great service and comfort, and we’d definitely stay again.

The location worked really well, beside Hyde Park and near Bayswater and Queensway stations, so getting around the city was easy. The room was small but laid out well, clean, and perfectly fine for a short London stay. The bed was comfortable too. It looked freshly renovated and modern, with a faint new paint smell that made the recent work obvious. The room felt much improved compared with older budget hotels. A good choice for a central, updated room without London’s premium prices. I’d happily stay again for a short visit.
